The church in Jenisberg above the Landwasser valley is a Protestant-Reformed church under monument protection of the canton of Graubünden.

Description

The church holds only a few dozen people and is, although conceived as a sermon church, one of the smallest sacral buildings in Graubünden. Next to the church, which stands above the Walser settlement on a slope, a cemetery is located.

The tower with one-story, four-sided open belfry is covered by a flattened tent, the nave by a gable roof.

The interior of the church, in which the space narrows sharply and asymmetrically towards the three-sided choir, is dominated by a high, pulpit and a central table for baptism, on which the Lord's Supper is also celebrated.

Opening hours

The church is open during the day and can be visited.
